Where we ship

Australia only at this stage. We're working on it.

Free shipping, always

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum, no thresholds.

How long it takes

Every case is printed to order, so there are two parts to the wait.

Production takes 2 to 5 business days. That's your case being printed and packed.

Delivery takes a further 3 to 7 business days once it's dispatched.

All up, most orders land within 7 to 12 business days. Regional and remote areas can take a little longer.

Tracking

You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking as soon as your case is dispatched. If the tracking email hasn't arrived within 5 business days, check your spam folder and then email us.

Getting the address right

We can't redirect a parcel once it's dispatched. If you spot a mistake in your address, email us within 12 hours at hello@blackworksupply.com.au and we'll fix it if the order hasn't gone into production.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be resent, but you'll need to cover the reshipping cost.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your tracking hasn't moved in 10 business days, or your case arrives damaged, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll sort a replacement or refund.

Public holidays

Production and delivery slow down around public holidays and the Christmas period. We'll post cut-off dates on the site when they're coming.
