Refund policy

We want you happy with what turns up. If you're not, you've got 14 days.

Changed your mind

Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll take it back. The case needs to be unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is on you, and once it lands with us we'll refund the full purchase price to your original payment method.

Every case is printed to order, so we can't resell a return. We're doing it anyway, because you should be able to buy from a new brand without gambling.

Something's wrong with your order

Faulty, damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered? Email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace it or refund you. Don't send it back until we've had a look. Return postage is on us for anything that's our fault.

This sits on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing here limits them.

Cancellations

Orders go into production fast. Email us within 12 hours and we'll cancel if we can.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Shipping

We ship within Australia only at this stage.
